Compact in scale but notably capable, the Sky-Watcher Skymax-127 AZ-GTi WiFi Go-To Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope brings together a 127mm aperture, 1500mm focal length and computerised alt-azimuth mount in a highly portable format. Built-in Wi-Fi allows wireless control through the free SynScan app for iOS and Android, with access to a database of 10,000+ objects and automatic Go-To positioning.

This Maksutov-Cassegrain optical system is fully multi-coated and uses BK7/borosilicate glass, with primary and secondary mirrors finished with Radiant Aluminium Quartz coatings for up to 94% reflectivity. The long focal length and f/11. 8 ratio suit detailed viewing of the Moon, planets and multiple stars, while Freedom-Find dual-encoder technology lets the telescope be moved manually without losing its position. The package includes an aluminium tripod with adjustable 1. 25-inch legs, pier extension, red dot finder, 90 star diagonal, 10mm and 20mm eyepieces, and a universal smartphone camera adaptor.
