In keeping with the way Cuban rum is traditionally made, the blend brings together aged aguardientes and light rums. The aged aguardientes contribute complexity and depth of aromas, while the light rum adds vitality through the strength of the alcohol. Eminente elevates this approach by using a minimum of 70% aguardientes, stated as the highest proportion of any Cuban rum, creating a distinctive Gran Reserva for considered sipping and special occasions.
